Sports massage treatment is aimed towards optimising performance, promoting faster recovery, managing muscle soreness and avoiding injury. 

For any level of activity, from the experienced athlete to the new beginner. 

Techniques used include targeted soft tissue releases designed to promote full range of motion, kneading to bring blood flow to muscles and PNF stretching.

Targeted at individuals who are working towards longevity through achieving better posture, managing the normal ageing process, or simply improving movement and balance. 

Assessment of the bodies posture and biomechanics. Develop a plan towards the direction that is most appropriate and learn how to implement this.

Targeted massage and strengthening techniques are applied to improve quality of movement. Do not expect to be still for this session, to achieve better biomechanics, the body needs more movement
